Alondra has a background in youth work and understands the pastoral needs of young people today. Moving from Devon to London she studied International Relations at Queen Mary University London and always aspired to support the next generation in grassroot organisations including schools. Previously working for a mentoring charity focusing on improving young people's wellbeing and aspirations she gained many skills that have supported her in her roles since leaving the charity sector. Feeling like a change, Alondra started working at The Charter School North Dulwich in 2023 as a Deputy Head of Year and became a Head of Year in 2024. She continues to use her skills to support young people with their wellbeing and aspirations specifically with a focus on Disadvantaged students.
