Jen has worked in The Charter School North Dulwich’s English department for three years and has extensive curriculum knowledge across all the Key Stages. She has also worked for AQA for the past nine years as an examiner and to Team Leader. Prior to her career in teaching, she was a community social worker.

She became a Governor to positively impact the outcomes for pupils at a strategic level and to bring a staff perspective to the schools strategic management.
