Year 7 pupils produce winning Apps!
Year 7 pupils at The Charter School were praised today by Brendan O'Rourke of 02 for their hard work and professionalism. Pupils were asked to design Apps for real business 'clients' including 02, The Brixton Therapy Centre, and their very own Charter School. Their Apps were judged today by Mr O'Rourke, Chief Information Officer for 02, and his colleague Courtney Lockyer; Mardie Jamieson of Brixton Therapy Centre and Mr Hicks, Headteacher. All Year 7 pupils worked hard over the past 3 weeks to design and produce Apps for the competition.
Pictured here is the overall winning team of Lotte, Annie and Wolfie whose App for The Brixton Therapy Centre was described by judges as 'outstanding'. Two teams were jointly awarded second place; Frank, Alex and Alexander for their App for The Charter School; and Martha, Maria and Tayon for their App for 02.
Well done to everyone in Year 7!
